Tim loves his Aunt Carrol

Thanks to a package filled with salt water taffy recieved in the mail yesterday, Tim has added his Aunt Carrol to the following list:

If he hadn't forgotten his camera at school, Tim also would have made a picture of himself passed out from eating too much taffy...

  • Simon, it's not just that the experiment uses a biased population.

    You can't just measure the response to the Hilary Swank photo and draw a conclusion.

    You need a control and the response to many other photos, like Pamela Anderson, Beyonce, Jessica Alba and Bea Arthur.

    Then you have a measure of hotness.

    Also, you are correct. I've never had as much action as I did when I was a hobo in the mid-90s.

  • Has anyone seen evidence of the active-hobo-sex theory? I'd like to know...

    I knew a hobo once (for reals!!! His name was Bill) and I wondered if there were lots of hobo orgies happening in his toolshed. (And this shed was temporary, so don't argue with my knowing a hobo story!!)

    On Swank:

    I think she's beautiful, but I also think Meryl Streep is one of the most beautiful women I've ever seen, so it might be the acting in the way.

    It is distressing that she's won two oscar's for playing men though... As oppossed to Halle Berry, who won her oscar for having raunchy sex with Billy Bob Thornton.

    Thanks for the discussion pieces, JP!... This site has gotten mondo-boring. Maybe I should come up with more stupid topics to argue about... Or I should hand over the site to you.

  • Oh, come on, she's playing the manliest of men.

    And I hated that movie, no matter what the Academy says... Her getting a mortal injury in her biggest fight! COME ON! I can't believe Paul Haggis won an Oscar for writing such dribble.

    (up until then, the movie was awesome though.)
