Judge Holden Was Here

Wow, I don't take very many pictures...

But I did today because it was the last day I'd have with these classes and I wanted to document some cuteness.

This is Fiona, and don't be fooled by this picture, she's the biggest clown I've had this year.

As you can probably see, she also has eyes you can pick out a mile away here and she'll probably make a lot of grown men cry someday.

I had someone take this picture to show how truly miniscule the girl on the right is.

Grace and Sarah look remarkably similar. The one on the left is a minute older.

Grown men wearing aprons? In public?

I think I know why Korea keeps getting occupied.

I always liked running through sprinklers...

It looks like I missed my opportunity to go take pictures of the burned down gate... They've got it completely surrounded now and there's only a dusted-out plexiglass window to take pictures through.

Oh well.

A quote from Christmastime

"Oh, and Obama beats McCain. 12/22/2007. I called it."

All those hours watching The West Wing must have taught me something...

(And yes, this is arrogant... I know McCain could die... I know people could realize Obama's half-black and that he nosed-up some candy... This could all go astray, but remember that six weeks ago Clinton had a 20% lead in national polls and Giuliani and Romney were polling better than the guy they call McCain.)

Long Weekend Over. Didn't kill self without internet.

Phew, I made it. I'm actually kind of looking forward to going back to work. What an idiot.

Oh, and a few weeks ago I met with the guy who took my old job and lives in my old apartment... We took a picture for him to show my old students.

He let me into the old school and I left messages for the kids...

It was funny to see my old apartment, because he'd kept just about everything I'd left. (Including the mats that ghetto ChanX slept on... He uses them as prayer mats! hehehe.)

The best is that he kept this ugly coconut turtle that I'd bought in Vietnam and didn't feel like bringing all the way home... He said I could have it back, but it turns out that neither of us wanted it.

That's right. None of you got this thing as a present. I'll bet you're peeved.
