Go around the room and each person gets to ask the next person a question.

The answer to every question is "SAUSAGES."

You ask a question, any question, and the next person has to answer without laughing.... If they don't laugh when they answer, they're still in the game and they ask the next person a question. If they laugh, they're out!

The possibilities are endless.
